Are you one of those people who do not really care for eating fish? You are not alone; there are many people who either do not particularly care for fish or who are allergic to them.  If you struggle to find fish dishes to serve your family, you may want to look for fish recipes that are guaranteed to be a hit with your whole family. When serving fish to younger children you may find that it is best to buy larger fish, even fish fillets, which do not include any bones. Children are sometimes very apprehensive about the small bones fish have and parents often share those concerns. There are some delicious baked fish recipes that are easy to prepare, cook quickly and are usually a real hit with children such as the following one.

Mix ¼ cup of milk with a little salt.  In a separate bowl, combine ½ cup of bread crumbs, ½ teaspoon of paprika (optional) and ¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese. If the Parmesan cheese is too strong for your children add less or leave it out altogether. First dip the filleted fish into the milk mixture and then cover with the breadcrumb mix. Put each crumbed fillet onto a greased baking tray, melt butter and drizzle it over the fillets then pop into an oven that has been preheated to 357 degrees. The fish should be done in around 25 minutes. Serve with home-made French fries and a salad.

If you are looking for a mild tasting fish that lends itself well to most types of cooking, you may find cod fish appealing. There are many different cod fish recipes; as the fish is such that it can be used in almost any recipe. It does not taste very strong and it is also extremely healthy for you. I recently asked some random questions about cod fish and discovered that it is low-fat, high in proteins and generally available all the year. Many grilled fish recipes use cod fish, however it can also be baked, steamed, boiled, creamed or fried.
